Dear all, I welcome you to Consider Child First (CCF) Uganda website. www.ccfuganda.org. CCF Uganda is located at the center of Nampirika, just 1km to the office in Nakalama Sub county Iganga district. It’s for children/youth both female and male. However, 

I’ve come to believe that each of us has a personal calling that’s as unique as a fingerprint – and that the best way to succeed is to discover what you love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, working hard, and also allowing the energy of the universe to lead you.

To my understandings, children need care, support and protection. I could not hastate to serve as board member, I believe everyone needs guidance, love, and support  for better protection of the future.

Founders message

Ignoring your passion is like dying a slow death…Passion whispers to you through your feelings, beckoning you toward your highest good. Pay attention to what makes you feel energized, connected, stimulated- what gives you your juice. Do what you love, give it back in the form of service, and you will do more than succeed. You will triumph. Therefore, Consider Child First CCF Uganda has come into existence to respond on the issues pertaining about orphan and other vulnerable children in the community of BUSOGA sub- region and the country at large.

Each time I stand up for an idea, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, I  send forth a tiny ripple of hope… and crossing each other from a millions of  different centers of energy and daring those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance. Therefore my passion is to help severely orphan and other vulnerable children and youth through life skills, formal education, food and nutrition, legal justice and advocacy.  This is why advocacy is very important to me. Too many times, I’ve seen people without a voice left in a corner and forgotten about. It is people like this that need advocates. This is why I am, to help, give other people the chance they deserve.

Despite the all the above, the greatest hurdle is to tell people what I really want; to get people to believe me. They say to me how can you do it when you need so much support? You are vulnerable yourself, how can you help other people? But I can help people exactly because I know what it feels like. I feel their frustrations and understand their difficulties

I really want to thank the wulira foundation for the initial support of making CCF Uganda shifting from theories to reality, a big thanks to Zade Miller for the technicalities, time and financial resource that helped CCF Uganda to view its website.
